Cancellation Policy

Herbalist Booking Policy Thank you for choosing our herbalist services for your health and wellness needs. To ensure smooth scheduling and optimal care for all our clients, please review the following booking policy: Appointment Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled either by phone, email, or through our online booking system. We encourage booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive your full allotted time with the herbalist. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that your appointment may need to be shortened to accommodate other clients. Payment Policy: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment. Please inquire about payment methods when booking your appointment. Insurance Coverage: Please note that herbalist services may not be covered by all insurance plans. It is your responsibility to verify coverage with your insurance provider prior to your appointment. We can provide a receipt for services rendered upon request, which you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Confidentiality: Your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to us. All information shared during your appointment will be kept strictly confidential in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Minors: Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their appointment. A signed consent form may be required.
