Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy:
1. Order Processing: Once you place an order for our Perimenopause Subscription Box, we will process it within 1-3 business days. Please note that our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping for all orders within the specified delivery zones. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost, which will be displayed during the checkout process.
3. Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is between 5-10 business days, depending on your location and local postal services. Please allow additional time for processing and delivery during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances. Also note: due to our teas being made to order, please allow up to 7 business days for your tea blends to ship. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1-4 business days.
4. Shipping Cost: Shipping charges will be calculated based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method. The total shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout before you complete your order.
5. Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status and progress of your package.
6. International Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within the US.
7. Failed Deliveries: In case of failed delivery attempts due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to reship the order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because of the nature of our products and COVID, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products at this time.
1. Eligibility: We want you to be completely satisfied with your Perimenopause Subscription Box. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange.
2. Timeframe: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your subscription box. After this period, we will not accept returns or exchanges.
3. Condition: The items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them to be eligible for a return or exchange.
4. Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@minipause.net. Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with the necessary return shipping information.
5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake made by us or a defective product.
6. Refunds/Exchanges: Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will process the refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
7. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as opened personal care products may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective.
8. Damaged or Defective Items: If your subscription box or any of its contents arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund for the affected items.
